    It's really sad that people are so concerned about saving a few pennies that they can not help a neighbor out who was in a bind.

    I had a small box that was blocking my view in my car while I was Xmas Shopping and saw that they had a recycling bin out back. I tried to open it and it was locked and they came out and gave me shi* because they pay for having their recycling taken away.
