My rating is for the ramen. I ordered #39, the most expensive one, at $15 per bowl.

Clean good ramen consistently. Kombutcha also amazing. I will add to my review that people that complain about price are SOOOOOO ANNOYING/disgusting ! You obviously don’t understand quality and can’t taste it. You won’t get a better broth than this in Vancouver.

I love Harvest, the simplicity of the ramen and soups, the fresh and great grade of all the ingredients make it a delighful experience each time. It is flavourful, tasty and balanced.

Problem is the odd choice of toppings in candied bacon and watercrest. At no point do they feel like part of the dish. I am not sure if the noodle is house made but it tasted like the packaged stuff a bit too much.

It was lack luster as far as ramen goes, and pricy. They have an interesting take on the broth, which i think is beef based. It is unconventional, but not my type. However, I dont want to based my rating on the choice of broth, but the noodle that they choose do not hold on to the favor of the broth. Basically, it is the wrong noodle vs broth combination.

The egg was lovely tho, and the pork shoulder was ok... but it is hard to look pass the mismatch of ingredients and the basics of ramen vs broth.
