    Fairly old building/stadium, but has had some recent notable upgrades (new parking, artificial field turf...)

    Easy parking access, concessions.are.more affordable than the usual Vancouver prices

    A very organized and nicely maintained stadium. Takes a lot of time though if you use Transit. Lots of walking to get there.

    This isn't actually the stadium on Thunderbird drive. That's a different thing. Learn from my mistakes.

    Great place to play recreational soccer, as it is well sheltered from wind, fields are made of high quality artificial field turf, and overall the stadium is a great atmosphere play in.

    It's not a bad stadium considering it's mostly original. Might feel outdated to some, but if you're into rustic charm, it's a nice place to visit. If you sit in the stand you're a little far away from the action, but the concessions are very reasonably priced, so that means a lot if you have a family with you!
